Introduction
Founded in September 2020, MetaX (Stock Code: 688802.SH) was successfully listed on the STAR Market in December 2025. The company is headquartered in Shanghai and has established wholly-owned subsidiaries and R&D centers in Beijing, Nanjing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Changsha. As an integrated circuit design company focused on full-stack GPU chips and solutions, MetaX is committed to building world-class GPU chips and computing platforms and becoming a foundational computing infrastructure for the digital economy.
MetaX boasts a team with comprehensive technical capabilities and extensive experience in design and industrialization. The core team members have an average of nearly 20 years of end-to-end R&D experience in high-performance GPUs and have led the development and mass production of more than ten globally leading high-performance GPUs. Currently, the company has launched four major product series covering scenarios such as AI training and inference, general-purpose computing, graphics rendering, and AI for science. Together with its self-developed MXMACA software stack, MetaX has achieved "hardware-software co-design" to meet the computing demands for high efficiency and high versatility.
Since 2025, MetaX has been advancing its computing and industrial ecosystems following the principle of "open collaboration and independent controllability". At the computing ecosystem level, the company centers on its self-developed MXMACA full-stack software stack, actively embracing open source to build an independent, open, and compatible general-purpose computing ecosystem. At the industrial ecosystem level, MetaX follows a "1+6+X" strategic framework. With the digital computing infrastructure, the company continues to deepen its presence in six key industries: finance, healthcare, energy, education and research, transportation, and digital entertainment, while actively exploring emerging fields such as embodied intelligence and the low-altitude economy, providing solid computing power support for the development of the digital economy and new quality productive forces.
